Cigna Insurance Middle East S.A.L. today announced a new collaboration with LVL, a digital and physical ecosystem that provides world-class well-being services to people at the world’s most forward-thinking organizations. The partnership enables Cigna to bring an innovative online employee well-being platform to all its Middle East and Africa (MEA) customers at no extra cost, enhancing the company’s holistic health services offering.

The move is part of Cigna’s efforts to promote positive attitudes towards health and wellness, and place employee well-being at the heart of organizational strategies.

Affordability and accessibility often pose a barrier to individuals taking positive steps to improve their physical and emotional well-being. To overcome this challenge, LVL offers curated and guided wellness and fitness content for the novice and expert alike, from mindfulness and meditation to Zumba, desk yoga, and much more. Catering to a wide variety of needs and preferences and all levels of fitness, the streaming platform provides complimentary access to over 500 activities across four pillars of wellness, including masterclasses run by some of the world’s best coaches. After completing a quick and easy sign-up process, members can join live group sessions or select from the library of on-demand activities from anywhere in the world, using any device.
