His distinguished career also includes roles such as Senior Vice President of Health at Tawuniya Insurance Company in KSA, Vice President for Aetna International in MEA, and Chief Commercial Officer for Bupa Arabia.

Hisham's educational background includes a master’s in business administration, specializing in Wealth Management from a prestigious business school.
