Cigna Healthcare Ejada program
Our early career program empowers Emirati graduates and young professionals to thrive in the insurance industry. Over 24 months, it begins with an engaging onboarding experience for 6 to 9 months that builds sector knowledge, followed by strategic rotations every 3 months across departments. This hands-on, multi-functional journey sharpens skills, deepens business insight, and prepares participants for impactful, long-term careers.
